Digitalization plays an important role in shaping Islamic economic knowledge, financial behavior, and Muslim Generation Z participation in Islamic digital financial services in Indonesia. The application of digitalization and Islamic economic literacy is increasingly important to support the achievement of Islamic economic development goals. This study aims to analyze the application of digitalization and Islamic economic literacy in various Islamic financial products and services. The method used is Systematic Literature Review by reviewing a number of relevant scientific articles. The results show that Islamic fintech, Islamic digital banking, social media, and digital waqf contribute significantly to increasing Islamic economic literacy. In addition, Islamic financial literacy, digital literacy, religiosity, family support, and education are the main factors influencing Generation Z's digital Islamic financial behavior. It is concluded that digitalization has a strategic role in increasing Islamic economic literacy and encouraging the use of digital Islamic financial services, so that strengthening digital and Islamic economic literacy needs to be a concern for various stakeholders.
